We strive to provide our children and youth with services tailored to their individual needs. Treatment plans of care are established for each child/youth within the residential home in conjunction with the child, contracting agency and the family as much as possible.
Our homes provide the following services:
Clinical treatment through professional consultants, therapeutic recreational and rehabilitation programming including but not limited to; swimming, team sports, recreational activities, arts, music, etc.
Skill development and education, health and sexuality, conflict resolution, anger management, crisis intervention, mediation and teen violence prevention.
Pro-social life skills training and development.
Short-term and long-term case management services.
Supportive and instrumental counseling for individuals and their families regarding accommodations, education, finances, family dynamics and long-term planning.
Year-round special and seasonal activities/outings.
Ongoing staff training and development, which will empower staff and enhance the staff level of service and support to the children in care.
Community involvement, which includes members of the local community who are willing to contribute their time to be positive role models for the growth and successful development of the child/youth in the program.
